Shipping Policy
Orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. Delivery times vary based on location and shipping method selected at checkout.
Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or issues caused by the shipping carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your purchase.
Return & Exchange Policy
All sales are final, except in the case of damaged or defective items. If you receive a defective product, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. If approved, we will offer a replacement or refund.
Returns for any other reason (such as size, preference, or incorrect orders due to customer error) are not accepted at this time. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is deemed defective.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued for items that arrive damaged or defective. If approved, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
